I would like to say at the outset that I am not a mental health professional, life coach, or anything like that, just a guy that wants to help people grow and improve, and bring awareness to that in Desi and Muslim communities. I don't want to peddle any ideology or anything except the mindset of continuous improvement. I feel weird having to say it like this but I want to be abundantly clear about my intentions (and also to cover myself legally). I don't guarantee any results and results are highly contingent on your desire to work on them. (Think of it as an "I can't help you if you don't help yourself" kinda deal.) That said, I will do my best to provide resources and support, within reason, to help you get to where you want to be.
